Ok, I have been having a hard time deciding which type of tachometer to fit to my Beetle. The two options are shown on the photos above. These are:
1) VDO 7000rpm tachometer mounted in-dash next to the speedometer for that factory look. The downside/negative side of this is that the steeringwheel covers some of it...
2) Autometer 5inch Monster Tacho with shift light. Mounted in the middle of the dash a bit below the front windscreen. Looks good but might attrack too much attention from cops and thieves...
